Adhesive lined heat shrink for stronger sealed connections
OEX calls this dual wall heat shrink. It has a heat activated glue lining inside the tube. When heated, the tubing shrinks while the adhesive flows around the cable and terminal to create a firm, moisture resistant seal.
Use it on battery cable lugs, Anderson connector leads, fuse holders and wiring exposed to vibration, dust or moisture.
